We are looking for a new treasurer! Are you looking to get involved with your child's school? Look no further, the Milan Elementary Schools PTO would love to help!

Treasurer duties:
-Receive all funds of the organization.
-Keep an accurate record of receipts/expenditures.
-Pay out funds in accordance with the approval of the board. -Presents a financial statement at every meeting and at other times of the year when requested by the Board.
-Make a full report at the annual meeting at the end of the year.
- The Treasurer is asked to attend monthly meetings as they are able.

* In addition to attending monthly meetings, board members may volunteer for certain events the PTO is planning for the year.
