Elizabeth Stone Garden Club Founded in 1927 in Milan, Tennessee, the Elizabeth Stone Garden Club is a nonprofit, volunteer group.

It really hurts me to make this post but the Elizabeth Stone Garden Club had to disband. We just couldn’t get anyone to join us in our mission to Make Milan Beautiful. Nobody. The club would’ve been 100 years old in 2027. Such a shame and a real loss for our beautiful city. God bless you all and continue to enjoy your flowers, plants, trees, yards and everything nature. ❤️🥲

We finally got to fill the containers at the Milan Farmers Market with beautiful flowers and plants from Lowe’s. Thank you Dana! The City/Milan Park was generous enough to pay for our deeply discounted plants/flowers AND they will water all summer.
“Make Milan Beautiful” is our motto and we take that seriously. If you’d like to visit a meeting we get together the 2nd Monday of every month at 12p (bring your lunch) at Cadence Bank unless otherwise noted on our website. Come join us!!

We had a great visit to the home of Andrew Jackson, The Hermitage, in Old Hickory this week! Beautiful gardens and architecture, grounds and lots of student “helpers” present. They knew their stuff!
