At Arrows Family Services, we believe meaningful support begins with listening.

Every child, parent, caregiver, and family who walks through our doors brings their own story, experiences, strengths, and challenges. Our job isn’t to assume we know what someone needs, it’s to listen, ask questions, and seek to understand.

When we replace judgment with curiosity, we create space for trust.

When we listen before responding, we strengthen relationships.

Morrison County will be hosting our annual public meeting on the use of Opioid Settlement Funds.

We invite community members, local leaders, and partners to join us on September 16, 2026, from 5:00–6:00 PM in the Morrison County Government Center Board Room.

This meeting is an opportunity to learn more about the opioid settlement, hear updates on current funding and uses, and share your ideas as we continue working together to address the impact of the opioid crisis in our county. Your input and collaboration are vital as we plan for future initiatives.

🌿 MEET THE TEAM: MADELINE WHITING

Building connections. Supporting families. Always growing.

Madeline loves working with families and building meaningful connections with the people she works with. She is always excited to explore new opportunities, grow in her role, and see where new experiences can take her.

Outside of work, Madeline enjoys spending time in nature, relaxing with a good cup of coffee, and making memories with her family. ☕🌲

She has a love for learning and looks forward to continuing to learn new things, grow professionally, and bring a positive attitude to the Arrows team.

It is bittersweet that after 4 years, we close our chapter at our "original" Little Falls office today. Next week, we will begin providing services out of our new space on the 3rd floor of the Franciscan Sisters campus.

Please be patient with us as our space goes through renovations to be able to serve the community in even bigger and better ways as we prepare to open the Arrows Family Services Community & Family Resource Center for Morrison County ❤️

Meet Amanda! 💚

Amanda brings more than 15 years of experience working alongside children and families. In addition to serving as a Parent Educator with Arrows Family Services, she works with families through her local school district and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

What Amanda loves most about this work is helping families recognize the strengths they already have. Her approach is grounded in curiosity, connection, and meeting families where they are. Rather than believing there is one “right” way to be a family, Amanda enjoys walking alongside parents as they build on what is already working, explore practical strategies, celebrate their successes, and discover what works best for their family.

For Amanda, supporting families is about partnership, not perfection. She believes meaningful change happens when families feel seen, supported, and confident in their own abilities.

Outside of work and school, Amanda is a wife and mom of three who loves spending time with her family. You’ll often find her in the garden, fishing, enjoying the outdoors, taking on a new project, or simply making memories with the people she loves most.

We’re excited to have Amanda as part of the Arrows Family Services team and grateful for the experience, curiosity, and heart she brings to the families she serves!
