· Teach the players fundamentals of baseball.
· Show them the way to show respect for the game of baseball and all people that are associated with it.
· Allow the kids to learn teamwork and trust in their teammates.

· When at the ball
field, remember that you are a representative of the team and anything you do can reflect on the perspective of the team.
· Swearing and profanity are not allowed. Sports can get intense and people can get caught up in the moment, so it is important to remember that we are there for the children and we need to be the best example for them.
· Since there are children present, there is no smoking while you are on the ball field (practice or in games). We just believe that, in order to provide the best example for our team and players, it would be best if there was no smoking.
· We will abide by any and all rules of the ball parks that we attend. That means that we all have to work together to create the best results for our kids.
· If a parent is willing to work with their child outside of practice (playing catch, fielding, batting, etc) that would benefit the child as well as the team.
· As long as it is productive and not a disruption to practice, if parents are willing to help, I am okay with that.
· When it comes to game time, we ask that you allow the coaches to manage situations with the players. In extreme cases (injuries, emergencies), parents can interact with their child.
· On and off the field, whether we are winning or losing, we need to keep the morale of the team up. If we start to get upset about players, coaches, etc...the players will do the same. Participation
· In order to create the best opportunity to be successful, it is important to practice. We will try to schedule practice the same time every week to keep things consistent.
· If you are unable to attend a practice, for any reason, please notify me as soon as you can.
· I would like the players to be at the game at least 30 minutes before every game. This way we can have our roster set up and the players will have time to stretch and get ready. If you cannot be there in that time frame, I need to know so that your child will not miss a chance to play.
