State President Walter Kula represented the Chapter at this month's Midwest City Chamber of Commerce Non-Profit Coffee Talk. The Chamber hosts this meeting every two months at different locations. The purpose of the meeting is to educate each other on what Non-Profit organizations in Eastern Oklahoma County are doing, what challenges they have, and how we can help each other.

Chapter member, State President Walter Kula, was able to represent the Chapter supporting the Tinker First Sergeant Council and the Tinker Chiefs Group with their burger burn after a 4 day War Wagon Exercise for 90 personnel.

Abby Ruscetta is a retired Air Force Colonel with 28 years of service and seven years at Tinker AFB, retiring as Base Commander 72nd ABW.
Abby founded IronGrit LLC, a woman-owned strategic advisory firm that helps aerospace and defense companies navigate depot sustainment. She brings the relationships, the institutional knowledge, and the credibility that only come from decades inside the system.

Please join me in congratulating Mr. Steve Gray on his selection as our new AFSC Executive Director!

Mr. Gray is no stranger to the Air Force Sustainment Center. Most recently, he served as Director of the 448th Supply Chain Management Wing, where he oversaw a $7.1 billion budget and led more than 3,000 personnel across four geographically separated locations, directing complex supply chain management operations critical to our national defense.

Mr. Gray brings a wealth of experience and insight to our team. For more than 13 years, he has served in a variety of leadership roles across AFSC organizations, developing a deep understanding of our mission and operations. His distinguished career includes both enlisted and officer active-duty service in logistics and operations research, with assignments across multiple MAJCOMs and combatant commands. I look forward to his leadership as we continue deliver airpower to America’s warfighters!
