Midway Heath Equity Planning Meeting
Location: Midway nutrition site

The meeting presentation will focus on identifying the three most important health issues facing Midway- not diseases such as cancer or heart disease, but health issues the folks in Midway can do something about (maybe with some outside help, but primarily Midway residents). We’ll identify some acton steps local residents can take to address these health problems and set some time frames for accomplishing the selected goals. His presentation will about 50 minutes or so, depending on conversation. Please come prepared to participate and share your thoughts I hope you can come and support.

My name is Kimberly Foster-Young! I am our community liaison for Midway, Alabama Several generations of my family have called Midway home. I remains very active in her community and throughout the county and serves as an advocate for autism and breast cancer. I am employed by  Kolbe Detox and East Central Mental Health in Union Springs, AL.
