Our goal is to reduce the homeless pet population through TNVR(m) while supporting animals in our care with required medical procedures, love, and the kindness from humans that they deserve. We will push to create valuable educational resources and training to the veteran rescuers and first time volunteers in the cat community. Our efforts will ultimately provide homes to eligible animals, and our

feline friends that will be TNR'd will be set up with caretakers ensuring that each cat will have a fair chance to live an amazing full life.

AKA Boogie Master. AKA Boogie Boy. AKA Certified Chaos Gremlin.

Are you looking for a calm, quiet, dignified kitten?
Wonderful. Boogie is not that.

Boogie is a six-month-old white and orange whirlwind of parkour, enthusiasm, and zero concept of personal space. If there is a surface in your home, he will launch off it. If there is a room you’re in, he will be in it. If there is water in a bathtub, he will consider joining you. Personal space? He doesn’t know her.

This boy is BUSY. He wants to be involved in everything you do at all times. Cooking dinner? Supervisor. Folding laundry? Quality control. Taking a bath? Perfect, he’ll just climb onto your chest and hang out. You’re welcome.

Boogie would thrive in an active home that embraces the chaos — kids who want to play dress-up? Amazing. Harness and leash adventures? Let’s go. A family that laughs when their kitten ricochets off the couch at top speed? Perfect match.

He absolutely needs a feline friend who can keep up with his energy and wrestle it out of him daily. He may grumble at a new cat for a few days (dramatic king), but once he’s done announcing his opinions, he’s ready to PLAY HARD with anyone willing.

New Kitty CrusAIDe Kitty Alert

This morning, I received a call from one of our emergency vets about a 4 month old kitty that had been hit by a car and picked up by Animal Control. She came in with two degloved legs (one of which will need amputation), some aspiration from inhaling some blood, and a collapsed lung. The shelter she would be transferred to did not have the funds to cover her care and they would have needed to euthanize, so the clinic reached out to us to see if we could help and we were able to bring her into the rescue.

She's still at the emergency clinic while they to a chest tap to release the air pocket in her chest cavity, and then we will be making a plan for amputation of her front leg after after she recovers.

We have named her Moxie, because she's going to have to have a lot of it after the trauma she has experienced, but we are going to do everything we can to make sure she has the best care.

If you would like to donate to Moxie's care, we would so appreciate it. We are waiting on a final quote for her, but it's sounding like it will be at least a couple grand at this point.
