Weiser River Trail.

Forty miles in, Idaho has somehow turned a bicycle into therapy and an old railroad grade into the best excuse for ignoring the rest of the world.

Does anyone know where I can get some good garlic to plant?

I normally don't post this kind of thing. But this is very important for men and women to understand. I may get some negative feedback on this, but I don't care, if it makes one woman's life better it's worth it.🙂

I want to thank everyone for their concern about me because of the Tarter fire near Midvale.
I am fine, in fact i'm in England on my way to Ireland. And my home and possessions are in the care of our amazing firefighters and volunteers.
My concern is for those who are on the front lines fighting this fire and all of the fires that are
causing so much destruction. 🙏🙏🫶

Slims bar is open again in Midvale, Idaho. Stop in for a cold one and meet the new bartender.

Good morning Midvale, if one of you needed to borrow the planter that was in front of the trail restrooms, would you please return it?
Thank you

This is so true. And we can make ourselves whatever we want to be.🙂

Your life is not shaped by what you do once in a while - it is shaped by what you do repeatedly.

The habits you practice every day shape your identity, your confidence, your health, your success, and the way you feel about yourself.

A habit is never just a habit - it is a message.

It tells your mind:
This is who I am.
This is what I do.
This is what I expect from myself.

That is why small habits matter so much.

The way you start your morning, the way you speak to yourself, what you eat and what you repeat.

Over time, they become you.

So if there is something in your life you want to change, ask yourself this: “What habit would the version of me I want to become practice every day?”

Remember: when you change your habits, you change your life. 💛

I want to thank whoever repaired the cover on the chuckwagon at the Midvale trailhead. Apparently the wind did a number on it while I was gone.
