USA is proud to announce that Michael Thompson has joined the team and will serve as Senior Producer. In this role, Michael will head the development of original content drawn from the experiences of .ig USA candidates from the military and first responder communities. For those who made the ultimate sacrifice, their stories will be told by family members and by those who served with them.
Michael currently is Co/Owner-Founder of The Riff Factory as a Producer, Record/Mix Engineer, and Musician-Offering music for TV/Film and gaming. His extensive experience in audio, production, and logistics spans acts such as Travis Scott, Zakk Wylde, Jerry Cantrell, Five Finger Death Punch, Poison, and The Smashing Pumpkins, to name a few.
Starting his career at The Hit Factory NYC, Michael had the unique opportunity to work with recording legends such as Nile Rodgers, David Bowie, Eric Clapton, Joan Jett, and Cyndi Lauper, among others.
Michael’s technical experience and industry knowledge enable TAVS USA to build a foundation for veterans and first responders to share their stories while opening doors to further development opportunities for them. Mr. Taylor is widely recognized for his relentless work ethic, dynamic presentation skills, and ability to drive strategic outcomes while fostering strong client relationships. He currently leads TIS3 Solutions, an 8(a), CVE, SDVOSB-certified firm delivering innovative “Smart Solutions” across both government and commercial sectors.
Previously, Mr. Taylor guided financial strategy and facility operations for one of the nation’s most prestigious universities on behalf of Thompson Hospitality. He also served in a hybrid leadership role at Oracle, directing sales channels that supported NASA’s missions and Amtrak’s strategic initiatives. Earlier, as Director of the International Business Division at Comcast/NBC Universal, he managed relationships with embassies, federal agencies, and foreign missions in Washington, D.C., overseeing critical program and project management needs.
Mr. Taylor’s career foundation includes leadership positions with Marriott International and Hilton Hotels. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Project Management and Organizational Leadership from Purdue University, where he played varsity football as a scholarship athlete. Jason Doudt is joining TEAM TAVS USA as the lead instructor for our Ai Enablement session. This block of instruction is designed to provide students with practical guidance on how to maximize the automation tools available to jump start their career in sales. Jason is a U.S. Navy Veteran and accomplished sales executive with over 15 years of experience in Business Sales, Enterprise Direct Sales, and Strategic Account Sales across leading technology providers including Comcast Business, Allstream/Zayo, and Astound Broadband. He is the founder of Quantify 360 Solutions, Inc., a technical consulting firm based in the Greater Seattle Area, focused on helping small businesses embrace digital transformation through practical AI applications and full-service technology solutions. Jason has been prompting with ChatGPT for over three years and has completed advanced coursework in AI/ML and Prompt Engineering through Eastern Washington University, Augment, and other platforms.
