This the official page of the Midlothian Heritage High School’s Project Graduation 2023. As a booster club, Project Graduation 2023 gives our seniors the opportunity to participate in fun, safe, drug and alcohol-free activities during their senior year.

Dear Class of 2023 Seniors and Parents,

You are receiving this notice because you are on the projected graduation list for your school in May 2023.

School STARTS IN THREE WEEKS!

It may seem early, but this is the ONLY time to schedule your Official Yearbook 2023 Senior Portraits for the summer. Ivey Photography is the official senior portrait photographer for the Class of 2023. The photos that appear in your yearbook and the official cap & gown photos are taken at Ivey Studio in Midlothian. The required portrait sessions are winding down and must be completed by September 2022. Sessions are available Tuesday-Saturday by appointment. We are down to the last minute to reserve your appointment.

Please take a look at the session options we have created and book your session today. This is not a solicitation and there is no fee for the required sessions. There is no obligation to make a purchase. All 2023 Seniors must be photographed at Ivey Photography to appear in the yearbook and other senior publications. The Project Graduation Board is opening registration for one additional week, ending Thursday, April 7th at midnight. All those signing up during this week will need to pay an additional $25 late fee. No sign ups will be accepted after April 7, 2022.

Since senior gifts have already been ordered, late registrations will not receive a senior gift. T-shirts will be on a first come, first serve basis. Sizes may be limited.

The total cost due at sign up is 165.00. The payment and the sign up form must be filled out prior to midnight on April 7th, 2022. I have included the Venmo and the signup link.

If you do not complete both steps your child will not be signed up!

Please fill out 1 form for each graduating senior.
