Hot Flash 5K Walk/Run

❤️ **Because Life’s Too Short to Pause Your Fabulous!** ❤️

Yesterday, the Ellis County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated proudly volunteered and participated in the **Hot Flash 5K Walk/Run** at Midlothian Community Park! ❤️🔺

This empowering event brought women together to celebrate **health, wellness, sisterhood, and strength at EVERY stage of womanhood!** From moving at our own pace to encouraging one another along the way, today was a beautiful reminder that wellness is a journey, and every step counts! 👟💪🏽

Whether navigating perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, or simply embracing life's journey, women of all ages were reminded that **our strength doesn't pause, our confidence doesn't fade, and our fabulousness NEVER stops!** ✨

ECAC was honored to support an event that promotes physical wellness, connection, and empowerment throughout our community. Together, we continue to make a difference through service and sisterhood! ❤️

**Hot flashes may come and go, but our commitment to wellness and service keeps moving forward!** 🔺
