✨ Hospice is Freedom. ✨
Hospice is freedom.
Hospice is choosing comfort.
Hospice is choosing dignity.
Hospice is putting your loved one first.
Hospice is not giving up.
It is not the loss of hope.
It is the beginning of peace…
the beginning of understanding…
the beginning of truly living each moment that remains.
Hospice is a beautiful, compassionate tool that allows families to focus on what truly matters at the end of life—
comfort, education, support, and meaningful moments together.
It helps everyone breathe a little easier…
walk this journey with more love…
more grace…
and less fear.
🤍 And you don’t have to walk it alone.

“Walking beside a loved one at the end of life is one of the most sacred roles we’ll ever have.

You don’t have to know everything.
You’re allowed to learn.
You’re allowed to ask.

Understanding what to do and say—and what not to do and say—doesn’t take away from the moment… it helps you show up with peace, confidence, and love.”

The Heart Behind Honor Haven- Felisha M. Jacques

Felisha M. Jacques is the heart behind Honor Haven End of Life Comfort Home—a mission born from personal pain, not profession.
She is not a clinician, but someone who has walked through the trauma of watching a veteran and loved ones face their final transition, feeling the gaps, the overwhelm, and the lack of true comfort.
That experience became her calling.
Honor Haven was created to be the place she wished existed—a peaceful, private home where veterans are honored, families are supported, and no one faces the final chapter alone.
This isn’t just a mission—it’s personal.

Volunteer:

Be the Peace in Someone’s Final Chapter
At Honor Haven, our volunteers provide comfort, dignity, and presence to veterans in their final days.
You don’t need medical experience—just a heart to serve.
Ways You Can Volunteer

• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help with light home tasks (organizing, simple meals, tidying)

About Us:

Honor Haven End of Life Comfort Home is a private, faith-led home dedicated to providing peace, dignity, and comfort in life’s final chapter.
We are not a medical facility — we are a home. A place where individuals can rest, families can gather, and every moment is treated with honor, compassion, and respect.
Our mission is to serve veterans and members of our community who are in need of a safe, supportive environment during end-of-life care. Through strong partnerships with hospice and home health providers, we help ensure each resident receives the care they need while being surrounded by warmth, love, and dignity.
At Honor Haven, we believe no one should walk their final journey alone. We exist to fill the gap — offering a peaceful setting where families can focus on what truly matters: time, connection, and honoring the life of their loved one.
