The final day of our ‘Unearth a Story’ Summer Reading Program was a great success! A BIG thank you to everyone who helped (a few projects were really messy!) Our volunteers and sponsors are just the best! Yesterday the kids decorated kites, played a game of Dinosaur Stomp, ate dinosaur animal crackers, and finished with a Dinosaur Scavenger Hunt in the Midland Park. There was a total of 65 kids who attended the program!

The Midland Library hosted the first session of the Summer Reading Program yesterday! The kids created pasta T-Rex photos and pretended to be paleontologists while unearthing dinosaur fossils! They enjoyed snacking on dinosaur bones and raptor claws! There were 44 kids in attendance!

The Summer Reading Program will begin on Wednesdays in June, from 9:30 to 11:30 A.M. This year‘s theme is “Unearth a Story! Who doesn’t love a dinosaur theme!
