MCFOAR (Midland Communtiy Former Offenders Advocacy and Rehabilitation)
Midland Community Former Offenders Advocacy and Rehabilitation (MCFOAR) is an organization that is in place to reduce the recidivism crime rate of former offenders in the Midland County area and to make the Community a safer place for its citizens. The program addresses the errant ways of ex-offenders upon release and provides them with the necessary tools to better assist them with their transition into society from a Correctional Setting. This Program is available to all former offenders, (Jail/Prison) who reside in the Midland County area. We provide service in the areas of Housing, Food Assistance, Medical & Mental Health Referral, Employment Readiness, Clothing, Addiction Issues and Mentoring Services.
