WOW! We had such an amazing time working with Basin PBS and all of the incredible companies and organizations that came together for the 6th annual Back to School Bash at the Bush Convention Center! Clifford the Big Red Dog is such a sweet pup, we want to take him camping with us. Over 1200 people joined us for this year's celebration! We are so grateful to all of our partners for helping the little campers across the Permian Basin feel prepared for the upcoming school year. A very special thanks goes to Angee's Barber Academy for staying late to finish up the final free haircuts and styles. It was great to see the smiles of the kiddos as they completed their day one looks. Great things are possible when we work towards common goals. Camp Fire was glad to be the spark and help West Texas students Light the Fire Within!

Thanks to Anngee's Barber Academy, families can receive FREE back-to-school haircuts at the 6th Annual Basin PBS Back-to-School Festival, presented by Camp Fire West Texas.

Pair that with free backpacks, school supplies, Clifford the Big Red Dog, and a day full of family fun, and you've got the perfect way to kick off the school year.
