Reminder! Join us at the Caldwell Boat Launch tomorrow, Fri, Sept 4 at 10:30 am for the Sturgeon Release! Wear shoes that can get wet if you would like to release a fingerling sturgeon into the Tittabawassee River.

TOMORROW, you can help baby lake sturgeon get home!

Volunteers play an important role in our conservation efforts to help support and enhance the natural environment. Members First Credit Union recently helped create cages to protect young trees from deer, and Dow and DTE Energy helped to protect the environment with a river and roadside trash pickup. Thank you, volunteers!

This week we were pleasantly surprised by Pixely and friends as their balloons floated over the Homestead Area.

Venture out to see what you can experience at Chippewa Nature Center! The Visitor Center is open Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm and Sunday 12pm-5pm. Trails remain open dawn until dark.
