Start your Independence Day celebration with the beloved 63rd Annual Children’s Sidewalk Parade during the 2026 Star-Spangled Salute in Downtown Midland!

Hosted by the local Daughters of the American Revolution Col. Theunis Dey Chapter, this cherished community tradition invites children and families to decorate their bikes, wagons, scooters, and strollers for a patriotic morning of fun and celebration.

Participation is FREE and registration is now open at fourthinmidland.com

9:00 a.m. – Day-of Registration Begins
10:00 a.m. – 63rd Annual Children’s Sidewalk Parade Begins
12:00 pm – Park Closed

Starting Location: Public Parking Lot off E. Texas Ave. & Baird
