Grateful for the invite to join West Texas Food Bank's Hunger Roundup today!

Our CEO & President, , Guy McCrary, joined a panel alongside Courtney Wardlaw (ExxonMobil) and moderator Brent Oden to talk funding sustainability: what's working, what's not, and how nonprofits can build a reliable pipeline of support. 🌱

Still thinking about all the great conversations from West Texas Rural Philanthropy Days last week! 🀠

From catching up with our friends, Shelby and Amy, to swapping stories with our friends at House, Inc , we loved connecting with the funders, grantees, and community leaders doing this work with us across West Texas.

Thank you to everyone who stopped to chat, share, and dream a little about what's next for our region. πŸ’™

Congratulations to Dr. Rinehart, 2026 Region 18 Superintendent of the Year! πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

Alpine resides in one of the 23 counties we're proud to serve, and it's been a privilege to help connect her with resources and partners to support her vision for the district. ✨

Please join us in congratulating Alpine ISD Superintendent Dr. Michelle Rinehart on being named the 2026 Region 18 Superintendent of the Year! πŸ’œπŸ‘πŸ’›

This recognition, presented by the Texas Association of School Boards and based on a nomination from the Alpine ISD Board of Trustees, reflects the incredible work happening across our district on behalf of the children of Alpine.

Over the past four years, Alpine ISD has made significant strides in strengthening academics, expanding opportunities for students, investing in our staff and facilities, and building a culture where every student can thrive.

Congratulations, Dr. Rinehart, and thank you for your leadership and unwavering commitment to Alpine ISD!

We're grateful for our continued partnership with Women's Energy Network Permian Basin in administering and stewarding the Young Women Energized Scholarship.

This year, our Education Programs Administrator, Lyndzie Tarango, had the privilege of serving as a guest speaker at the 2026 banquet. ✨

Community foundations are uniquely positioned to help organizations like WEN-PB put their philanthropic vision into action.

Congratulations to all this year's recipients. πŸŽ“
