When you think of volunteering to support your parish, what comes to mind? Serving at Mass? Leading a fundraiser?

How about cleaning the sanctuary?

In the weeks leading up to Easter, Fr. Stephen requested the sanctuary be cleaned. Our council teamed up with volunteer parishioners to sanitize pews, dust the ceilings, and get things cleaned up in preparation for the big day! The activity is more fun than expected, and serves a great behind-the-scenes necessity for our community!

Looking for other great ways to volunteer? Have an idea of something you'd like offer to help with? Drop us a line at [email protected] and get involved!

We're always grateful for God's intervention in our lives, but when it hits close to home, it's hard to hold back!

One of our most recent recruits, Tony Simone shares his story of his close call, and the stellar help he received at MyMichigan. We're grateful that Tony is still here to help inspire us to help clean the church, greet parishioners, and always bring that easy smile!
