What a time‼️On Northwood University Football’s day off from training camp, they spent time on campus pouring into the youth, providing a glimpse into life of a collegiate athlete, giving tours, reffing and coaching flag football teams, and mentoring the next generation 🙏🏾🏈

Special thank you’s also go to Aird Insurance Group and Charlie’s Platinum wireless for providing snow cones for the entire camp, along with some really amazing back to school technology 🙌🏾 The Otherside also showed up in a big way, pulling up with food for the entire NU squad.

🚨❤️ WE HAVE OUR VERY OWN AED! ❤️🚨

Michigan Made & the Swagnew Foundation are SO excited and incredibly grateful to announce that Savy King of Hearts —Savy King🙂 has generously donated an AED to us from her amazing foundation!🙌🏼

Savy King of Hearts promotes CPR awareness, expands AED access, and advocates for youth heart health. We are so grateful our paths crossed earlier this summer.

This AED will travel on the road with us to our events, camps, leagues, and programs, helping us make safety a priority wherever we go! If you know anything about our family, you know heart health is so very near and dear to us‼️ Thank you to Savy and her foundation🫶🏽

What an incredible opportunity 🙏🏾

Today, we were honored to be part of the SOAR Inclusion Summit, sharing the story of the and why this work means so much to us!

We had the privilege of sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with THE , hearing powerful stories from the incredible , and learning from so many inspiring leaders 🙌🏾

In front of hundreds of leaders from around the world, Vince delivered a keynote on Leading with Heart and was surprised by a touching video featuring members of our Michigan Made family sharing messages of support and encouragement.

The surprises continued when one of the finest young men we’ve ever had the privilege to mentor flew in from Missouri and walked on stage unexpectedly to share in the moment

To top it all off, Dr. Alveda Williams announced an incredibly generous donation to the from , a moment we will never forget and an unexpected gift that will help us continue creating opportunities for young people across our communities.

We cannot thank Alveda, Karen, Jamie, Rachel, and the entire Dow team enough for the kindness, support, and belief they’ve shown our mission! Today was a very good day 🖤
