We will have our first Meeting of the season at The Garden this Saturday March 11 at 10:00 am.to discuss the upcoming growing season and your specific raised bed (or plot) renewals and requests.

Spring is here and we are past the April 15 frost date for NC. We have few raised beds available for this growing season.
$20 per year includes box "rent" and compost mix, access to the garden, water and some community tools from our shed.

Reminder...Garden Work Morning coming up Saturday March 12 8:00 am.
We'll be cleaning out beds...adding fresh compost...and generally cleaning up the area. Bring a shovel and rake if you have one.

We are planning a work day at The Garden in late February / early March to cleanout raised beds and add fresh compost.....and general cleanup.
We will also have our Annual Meeting to discuss plans for 2022 and have a couple of speakers on gardening tips/tricks & traps.....and general bee keeping and biology.
Stayed tuned for details as they are announced asap.

The beds are showing good growth at The Garden. Some early harvesting in the works. We have 31 raised beds being tended this year.. a full house for now. More options may be available for Fall crops. Garden group meetings will be announced shortly.
