We're looking for community-minded individuals to help make the 2026 Star-Spangled Salute a success. Volunteer opportunities are available in both the morning and evening, with short, flexible shifts and simple tasks that make a big difference.

Help make Midland's biggest Independence Day celebration a success!

The Midland Chamber of Commerce is seeking volunteers for the 2026 Star-Spangled Salute, presented by ExxonMobil. With an anticipated attendance of more than 10,000 people, this community tradition relies on dedicated volunteers to help create a fun and memorable experience for everyone.

Volunteer opportunities are available throughout the day on Saturday, July 4, with the greatest need during the following times:
• 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
• 5:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Short shifts are available, making it easy to participate while still enjoying the festivities with family and friends.

We are looking for volunteers to help make the Wellness Tour a success! 👀🤗

This year, YPM is seeking volunteers for the Ninja Nation event from 4pm-7pm at the Midland Athletic Syndicate on August 14th!

We need 20 volunteers to assist throughout the event with setup, checking bracelets/waivers, handing out medals at the end of the course, rounding the vendors during the interactive resource fair, and tear down.

Each member will receive a more detailed explanation and schedule with their assigned spot once all the volunteers are signed up. Help create a fun and welcoming experience with YPM!
