Every now and then we hear the stories behind the Kids & Khakis requests – a parent has lost a job, a child is living who grandma who struggles to support them, or siblings have had to suddenly leave home due to domestic violence.

If having new, appropriate clothes to wear to school makes these kids' lives just a tiny bit easier, we are privileged to be that blessing. Thank you to all who make this possible.

Back-to-school season is emptying our shelves, and we are down to only a few pairs in some sizes of BOYS' SHOES. You can help by donating shoes or hosting a drive.* Every pair will be given out upon request from a Midland counselor or caseworker who sees a child in crisis. Thank you for anything you can do! 🥰

It's that time of year! Back-to-school requests from schools and other organizations are rolling in through our Kids & Khakis program. This morning we got together new school clothes and shoes for 12 MISD kids, from pre-K to 8th.
