Time to get back to social media updates. We had a couple of projects before the holidays. One is our annual donation of winter coats & knitted winter hats to the elementary schools of Bullock Creek School District. The other is Toys for Tots but purchasing items for older kids. So happy we are able to assist kids in our area.

It's time for the Midland County Fair (August 11-16). We will be open again this year & are the last of the permanent food stands. Please come out & support us. We even have a Take Out Window!
We will open every day 11 AM to 9 PM until Saturday.

We made our annual delivery of dictionaries to the 3rd graders of Bullock Creek School District. The students ask really good questions. And it is so exciting to see them looking through the books. My favorite photo is 2 students checking out the sign language.

Our hall was in need of some TLC. Thanks to Tricia Mudd Eidsmoe & Ted Mudd for clearing out an invasive species from the shrubs. Didn't get a before photo but you can imagine how bad it was by the pile of brush.

A beautiful day for Fall Harvest Festival at Chippewa Nature Center. We were crazy busy all day! Sold everything that we had! Didn't even have a chance to do this post earlier in the day. Big thanks to the 7 students from Bullock Creek Robotics Team that worked throughout the day!

The Midland County Fair is here! Don't forget about the great food to be had at our food stand. If it looks too busy inside, we have a takeout window!

We made baby bonnets for My Michigan Health to be given to babies born during Easter week. Though we do not hear from any recipients, the nurses are always very happy to receive these!

Catching up on a few projects we did in December. We were able to provide items for older children thru Toys for Toys; winter coats to 3 local elementary schools; items for teachers at the Michigan School for the Deaf. It's always a great feeling to be able to help others!

We made our annual delivery of dictionaries to the 3rd graders of the Bullock Creek School District. 147 books this year to 6 classes at 2 schools. We are year to date at over 2,600 dictionaries for the 20 years of doing this project.
