Saturday mornings at Abilities Ranch are pretty special.
Every week, our Special Olympics Equestrian athletes come ready to learn, practice, and challenge themselves—and every week, we see progress.

More confidence. Better communication with their horses. Greater independence. And plenty of smiles along the way.

We’re incredibly proud of these athletes and the work they’re putting in as they prepare for competition. Being able to watch them grow and accomplish things they’ve worked so hard for is one of the best parts of what we do.

We are excited to officially announce the Abilities Ranch Unbridled Abilities Dinner, coming Friday, October 23, at The Venue at Live Oaks in Midland.

This evening is about much more than a fundraiser.

At Abilities Ranch, we have had the privilege of watching individuals overcome fear, discover confidence, compete as Special Olympics athletes, build friendships, and accomplish things they may not have believed were possible.

Now we’re preparing for the next chapter.

Our vision is to establish a permanent home for Abilities Ranch with a year-round indoor arena and, eventually, space for occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, life-skills development, and other opportunities for the individuals and families we serve.

On October 23, we want to share that vision with our community.

The evening will include dinner, live music, participant stories, an auction, raffles, and a special presentation about the future of Abilities Ranch.

Most importantly, you’ll have an opportunity to meet some of the incredible people who have given Abilities Ranch its purpose.
