Bombers Fastpitch - West Texas

Happy National Coach’s Day !!

Coach Thad brought the Bombers organization to West Texas and has continued to pour his time, knowledge, and heart into helping it grow. As the Director of The West Texas Bombers and the head coach of an Academy team, he has a lot on his plate, but he still makes it a point to show up for the teams and girls throughout our West Texas division.

He’s a great coach, but even more importantly, he leads with strong values, high expectations, and a genuine love for developing these athletes. Our girls always look forward to seeing Coach Thad at their games, not because of his title, but because they know he cares about them and believes in what they’re capable of.

We’re grateful for the foundation he brought to West Texas, the standard he continues to set, and the example he gives our coaches and players. Thank you, Coach Thad, for continuing to show up, invest, and lead the way.

Yesterday, two West Texas Bomber teams came together not just to compete, but to challenge each other, develop each other, and grow together.

The girls got the opportunity to learn from one another, and push themselves outside their comfort zones. And just as importantly, our coaches got the chance to learn, share, encourage, and sharpen each other too.

That’s what makes Bombers Fastpitch different. We aren’t just building individual teams, we’re building a community of athletes and coaches who want to see each other succeed.

Yesterday was about more than a scrimmage. It was about investing in each other, building relationships, and becoming better athletes.
