This week at LifeWise, our kids will explore how God called Moses to rescue His people—and how that calling points to an even greater rescue. Just as Moses was chosen and sent by God, Jesus was sent to Earth to save God’s people from sin.

Our students will discover the powerful connections between Moses and Jesus: both obeyed God’s commands to carry out His plan of salvation. Moses delivered God’s people from physical captivity, and Jesus delivered God’s people from captivity to sin. What an incredible reminder of God’s faithfulness and His heart to rescue! ❤️

We’re so excited to be back with our LifeWise students this week! 🎉

This week, we’re jumping from Genesis into Exodus and diving into the incredible story of God rescuing Moses in Exodus 1–2. Our students will learn how the Israelites were slaves in Egypt, yet they never lost hope—because they trusted that God had a plan to rescue them. And He did!

God saved Moses as a baby so He could later use him to rescue His people. And as our kids will discover, that story points us to an even greater rescue. Jesus is our Rescuer! He died on the cross and rose again to free us from slavery to sin. We can’t wait to see how God uses this story to grow their faith this week! 🙌
