Today was Ag Awareness Day hosted by the Barry County Farm Bureau! 🌾🚜🐣

Ag day is a great opportunity for industry representatives to advocate for the agriculture industry. Each station helps educate and inspire the youth right here in Barry County.

TK FFA members lead 3rd graders through each agriculture station, but this year we also had the opportunity to present a 15 minute lesson on chick development. Our members did a fantastic job delivering their lesson and representing our chapter well!

As the 2025-2026 school year comes to a close, Thornapple Kellogg FFA celebrated our accomplishments at our chapter banquet. We recognized 38 TK FFA members for their accomplishments, awards, and involvement this past year. It was an amazing way to highlight each of our members as well as induct next years officer team! Thank you to all families, school, and community members that supported us. We are looking forward to another great year!

Happy Valentines Day 💌

To help spread happiness this year, TK FFA held a flower sale for students and staff to send a flower paired with a note to someone special. On Thursday, members delivered the 50 flowers to recipients throughout the high school.

In Michigan, floriculture is the third most valuable agriculture commodity crop, behind corn and soybeans. Shopping local for Valentine’s Day is a great way to support Michigan agriculture! 💐💝
