Middletown Moms Group

Middletown Moms Group is a local parenting group sponsored by the Middletown United Methodist Church (MUMC) in Middletown, Maryland. Founded in 2002 we welcome moms, dads, and caregivers alike in our community regardless of age, race, religion or marital status. The club was founded by a local mom in search of a small parenting group and consisted of approximately 12 moms and their children at the

beginning. Today, the group has grown in size and continues to grow each year with new members. Our calendar of events has something for everyone! Monthly membership meetings, holiday parties, Mocha Mom playdates, park meet-ups, craft playdates, library story times, lunch get togethers, age appropriate playgroups, summer parties, clothing swaps, Moms' Night Out, Moms’ Night In, as well as participation in local events. We sponsor monthly community service projects, giving back to those in need in our area. Previous community service projects include Middletown Valley People Helping People (MVPHP), donations to the Middletown library, collecting school supplies for the local schools, Frederick County Infants & Toddlers program, Middletown Valley food bank, coat drives, as well as providing Helping Hands meals to our own members-in-need.
