“I don’t think he/she could do some of the things you offer.” We hear you and they may not be able to, but hear us out. We try to have each step already prepped & done before all of our classes. This makes it nearly effortless for our members to do each step while not having to “wait” if they do not want to. Yes, patience is very important here at DIBS but so is meeting our members where they are at.
Today we are making soft pretzels that absolutely challenge the deliciousness of Auntie Anne’s. It is a time intensive activity and since our class today requires 30lbs of flour and rising time…we are prepping early! Like before the sun came up early.
Each member will take home a bag of pretzels that they made…no promises that any will actually make it home though. If you see someone enjoying car pretzels today in Frederick…honk & say hi!
Want to know more about us and meet us…our Meet & Greet event is this Saturday at the Middletown Library! Flyer will be in comments!
