Hot weather can affect how your body responds to certain medications, including SSRIs. ☀️ As temperatures rise, pay attention to hydration, heat sensitivity, fatigue, dizziness, and feeling overheated. Stay cool, take breaks, drink water, and talk with a healthcare provider if you have concerns about symptoms or medication side effects.
