This past Sunday, the pack had its final summer activity. We went hiking at Governor Dick park near Mt. Gretna and some families then stopped at the Jigger Shop for ice cream on the way home. We had a great time! Lots of mud 😅.

We wish all of our kiddos a great back to school week and look forward to the Pack Open House on September 13 and 250th Birthday celebration at our September 17 pack meeting. More info to come!

The Scouts' last day at Scout Camp was jam-packed! We started the day with a very chilly Polar Bear Swim, boating, and swimming. Our afternoon was filled with BB guns, archery, and one last visit to a favorite activity (Scout's choice).

The Call to Liberty Campfire and Family BBQ are always great ways to bring our camping weekend to a close.

Our new Webelos will be staying a couple of extra days at camp! Have fun, Scouts!

That’s a wrap on Day 2 of Scout Camp!

The day was filled with fishing, climbing, Lego Pinewood Derby, Bears whittling, Champions of Nature Service Project, Colonial Jubilee (swimming, games, and leader bellyflop competition)!

It’s officially Cub Scout Summer Camp time at Camp Tuckahoe - New Birth of Freedom Council!

Day 1 of Scout Camp was full of unpacking, orientation, swim tests, hanging with friends and camp staff, and the annual Opening Campfire.

A few of our Pack 97 Scouts completed Cub Scout Camp last weekend! The boys had a lot of fun marching around the camp after earning their Adventures. The weather was perfect, with just one evening of rain.

Camp Tuckahoe - New Birth of Freedom Council showed off some beautiful upgrades to the pool and mess hall.

Cub Scout Camp wouldn't be complete without seeing some interesting wildlife... including a black rat snake!

Another group of Scouts will take over Tuckahoe this weekend!! Stay tuned for those photos!
