Our first year attending and we’re skipping the candy in favor of something a little more bookish. We’re giving out FREE BOOKS!

The Giving Library will be filled with holiday merriment, festive cheer and plenty of books to discover.

🎉 Ashley here: WE DID IT AND THEN SOME!

Thanks to this incredible community, we’ve officially reached our book drive goal and then some!

Every book donated means another child gets the chance to find a story they love, discover a new world or simply experience the joy of choosing a book that’s theirs.

And guess what? We’re still collecting through the end of the month!

Our goal may have been reached but there are always more kids to serve and more shelves to fill. So if you’ve been meaning to donate, we’d still love to have those gently loved books!

Thank you for helping us turn a birthday wish into so many stories 📚❤️

Due to tomorrow’s weather forecast, we won’t be setting up at Richard’s Peach Festival. We’re devastated to miss it, but books and rain just don’t mix! We hope to see everyone another time! 📚❤️

We’re officially at 89 of our 250-book birthday goal,m and we’re so grateful for everyone who has helped us get here!

🍑 Three years of peaches, books and community!

We’re excited to be back at the Peach Festival at Richard's Fruit Market this Sunday for our third year!

We’ll have our full Giving Library stocked with fresh picks for readers of all ages, including adults, plus coloring, games and plenty of family fun.

Come grab a peach, pick out a book and spend some time with us! We can’t wait to see familiar faces and make some new friends. 📚❤️

Our Birthday Wish: A Community Book Drive is underway, and we’re hoping to collect 250 new and gently loved books throughout August.

If you spot one of our red donation boxes around the community, consider dropping in a book and helping us make our birthday wish come true!

Every book helps us keep our Giving Library stocked and ready to share free stories with readers throughout the Valley.

🎉 Our Birthday Book Drive has officially begun! 🎉

You may have already spotted a few of our bright red community book boxes around the community as they’ve started making their way to local businesses!

Beginning Saturday, instead of birthday gifts, we at Gifts Giving Back have one simple birthday wish: to collect 250 new and gently loved books for our traveling Giving Library.

Every donated book will help us continue sharing free books with children, teens and adults at community events throughout the Shenandoah Valley.
