🎉 Introducing: The Birthday Club! 🎉

We’re excited to announce our new community outreach campaign — The Birthday Club — created to help make every child’s birthday a little brighter! 🥳

If you or someone you know could use a little extra help making a child’s birthday special, apply today.

What we provide:
🎂 Cake mix & frosting
🎁 1–2 gifts for the birthday child

Requirements:
📅 Applications must be received 60 days before the child’s birthday (exceptions may be made for emergencies)
📍 Child and applicant must live in Butler or Warren Counties
👩‍👧 Applicant must be the parent or legal guardian of the child being applied for.

We’re also collecting donations of cake mixes, frosting, toys, and monetary contributions to keep the Birthday Club going strong!

Our campaign gives back all year long. We assist organizations with emergency placements, natural disasters such as fires or floods, etc. ❤️

When you see photos of large amounts of donated toys, it’s important to understand how distribution works. For safety and dignity, only new, unused, and age-appropriate toys can be given to children. Unfortunately, some donated items cannot be distributed if they are used, broken, or inappropriate. At the same time, there are thousands of children in our community registered to receive toys, so the need is much greater than what a single photo can show.

Although we are a Christmas program, donations that come in closer to or after Christmas are often stored for the following season. This is due to the time-sensitive process of collecting, sorting, and distributing items to families before Christmas Day. Every donation still makes an impact—whether this season or the next.

We appreciate our community’s generosity and encourage thoughtful donations that help us serve as many children as possible
