During this season of gratitude and giving, I find myself reflecting on the many blessings in my life—my health, my family, dear friends, and this extraordinary CancerCrusher community. I want to sincerely thank you for your generous support of the CancerCrusher Foundation and for being such an important part of our mission.
As a proud pediatric cancer survivor, I am deeply grateful to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center for saving my life and giving me the chance to become a mom. Georgia and Cece are my greatest blessings, reminding me every day that cancer research and treatment transcend generations.
December marks my 9th anniversary as a proud MSK employee, and I continue to witness firsthand the profound impact philanthropy has on pediatric patients and their families. Your generosity brings light to their darkest days. December also marks the month I was diagnosed as a pediatric cancer patient, a reminder of how far we’ve come and the importance of the work we continue to do.
Thanks to you, the CancerCrusher Foundation continues to fund groundbreaking pediatric cancer research at MSK. You are helping place vital resources into the hands of world-renowned experts who work tirelessly to discover new treatments — and ultimately, cures — for children with cancer.
I am so lucky to have been treated by such incredible people at MSK who helped save my life and am eternally grateful to each and every one of them, especially who is retiring after 38 years at MSK after dedicating her life to treating MSK pediatric cancer patients.
With the year coming to a close, the holidays can feel overwhelmingly busy. I am taking a moment to reflect on how lucky I am to be here, to enjoy the magic of the season with our girls, and to cherish all the little moments. I hope you can take a minute to slow down and cherish the moments with family and friends as well.
Wishing you and your loved ones a happy, healthy, and joyful holiday season! ✨💖🎗️
