Her name is Myah and she is my daughter, my baby, my Poodie-girl, my Mukka, my everything! She is the strongest, most courageous, and loving person I know. She has had to fight for her life - most of her life, starting with the diagnosis of diabetes at the age of 9.
Now, at the age of 29, she has had just as many, (if not more than 29), medical diagnosis. Yet, she is still here! She is still fighting with every fiber of her being. And up until the evening of December 18, 2023, she was still giving God the glory, the honor and the praise, for her very life.
Since then, she has not spoken a single word, as she has been in a coma, but I imagine that her spirit communes with God daily. The presence of God has always been where she found the most peace. To know Myah is truly to love her. Even while she has been non-responsive, doctors and nurses will often comment and say things like, "there is something about her...," "God is not finished with her...," "God is going to perform a miracle..."
Many of them recognize the Anointing and the Power of God on her life. That is a testament to all of the prayers prayed over her, even from birth, and her willingness to make Jesus Christ LORD of her life!
I cannot be prouder of her than I am right now. Keep fighting Myah Brashelle Bost! We all love you so much, but God loves you more!
