TOVA Quilt Guild Public Top of Virginia (TOVA) Quilt Guild boasts 60+ members and growing in 2026. Monthly workshops are the third Thursday of the month.

TOVA meets once a month on the first Thursday at 1pm at Grace United Methodist Church in Middletown, VA.
