💙 Two Dollar Tuesday is Back! 💙

We know it’s only June, but here at Grateful Acres we’re already thinking ahead to the colder months. Every bale of hay, every bag of feed, and every bit of preparation we do now helps ensure our animals stay safe, warm, and well cared for when the colder months arrive.

If you’d like to help, a $2 donation may not seem like much, but when our community comes together, it makes a huge difference.

For quite a while now, the Sunday SipDown ☕️has been a special part of my week. It has given me the opportunity to share my heart, reflect on life’s ups and downs, and most importantly, connect with all of you.

As life continues to grow more beautifully busy in the best possible way,I’ve been doing a lot of thinking. Rather than seeing this as an ending, I’m choosing to see it as an evolution. The Sunday SipDown may not happen every week the way it has in the past, but the community we’ve built here is far too important to me to just walk away 😘

What started as simple conversations has grown into friendships, support, encouragement, and a true sense of belonging. Volunteers have become friends, friends have become family, and I am incredibly grateful for every one of you.

So this isn’t goodbye. It’s simply making room for a new season and new ways for us to stay connected. Thank you for showing up, sharing your stories, offering kindness, and reminding me time and again of the power of community.

Stay tuned… this is an evolution, not an ending. ❤️

Coffee with Coolie was such a great way to start the day! ☕️🐴 We had a wonderful group this morning, and it was so nice catching up with everyone and sharing some time together at the farm. We were missing a few people from the photo, but hopefully next time we’ll manage to get everyone together in one picture! Thank you to everyone who came out and made the morning so special. ❤️

What a special day. ❤️

I was honored to attend Blake’s Eagle Scout Award Ceremony and celebrate this incredible accomplishment. Blake is truly an extraordinary young man whose dedication, leadership, and hard work have always stood out. It makes me especially proud that he chose to complete his Eagle Scout project here at Grateful Acres, leaving a lasting impact on a place that means so much to all of us.

Watching young people like Blake grow into compassionate, capable leaders gives me so much hope for the future. Congratulations, Blake! Your Grateful Acres family is cheering you on and can’t wait to see all the amazing things ahead of you.
