Sometimes we don’t even realize how low our battery is until we’re snapping at people, crying in the car, or feeling completely numb.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, let this be your reminder:
Self-care is not selfish.
Rest is not lazy.
Asking for help does not make you weak.

Check your battery. Pay attention to what’s draining it and what actually helps you recharge. You matter too!
