Here's another picture from our state park photoshoot. I don't like being in front of the camera but love the setting of this photo! The quilt is Eye of the Storm, finished a couple of months ago. This photo gives you a good idea of scale too (keeping in mind that I am short!)

We had several fun challenges this year. The big reveal was at our spring pot luck gathering.

Here are the Fat Quarter Swap challenge quilts. Participants selected 4 fat quarters, put them in a brown paper bag and brought them to a meeting where they were “swapped”. They made a quilt using only the provided 4 fat quarters and one neutral fabric. The finished quilt top was “swapped back” to the person providing the fat quarters at our reveal.

We always enjoy our annual spring pot luck gathering. There’s delicious food, good conversations and a great Show & Tell where many of our winter projects are displayed. And (of course) dessert! 😋
