1: The Phoenicia Diner, located at 5681 NY-28 in Phoenicia, NY, is a classic American diner originally built in 1962 and moved to the Catskills in the 1980s. It serves traditional diner favorites with a modern twist, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Open Thursday–Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., it offers breakfast all day, including dishes like buttermilk pancakes and the Full Phoenicia Breakfast. The diner also gained recognition as Pip’s Bar & Grille in the TV series Severance.

2: Babblers Bakery, located at 19 NY-296 in Windham, New York, is a charming spot offering a variety of delightful treats. Open Wednesday through Sunday from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m., the bakery serves fresh croissants, coffee, soft-serve ice cream, and their renowned strawberry rhubarb pie.  It’s a favorite among both locals and visitors seeking delicious baked goods in a welcoming atmosphere.
