Lizzy with the Glizzys, We appreciate all your hard work and determination to get answers. We will continue to support you and thank you for stepping up to partner with us as our food vendor this tournament season. We look forward to future partnerships and learning the outcome of this small bump in the road for you and all of the other vendors in the state who will benefit from what is learned in this process!

This post is hard to post, but needed! We were given counsel early on to make sure we Trademark our branding which we have been working on. So in order to protect our brand and prevent consumer confusion tournament branding, we have finalized the preliminary requirements and will now be working through the rest of the process. This step is to let everyone know that "Workin`Man’s Bass Tournament Series"™" will be the exclusive branding name of
Thursday Night Workin' Man's Bass Tournament owned at this time by DGG Tournaments for business branding and "Use in Commerce" purposes. At this time we ask that anyone using this phrase "Workin`Man’s Bass Tournament" must "cease and decist" from doing so.

We hope everyone understands that after the North Florida Bass Masters relinquished the tournament and sold DGG Tournaments the all equipment and Intellectual Property rights For the Thursday Night Workin Man's Bass Tournament.

We will continue to support any organization that is working towards keeping our youth active in the sport of fishing. If you need, just send a message and we will support you on every way we can!
