We have become aware of suspicious emails that appear to be associated with the Middleburg Civic Association email account. We are currently investigating the situation to determine whether these messages are spam or the result of email spoofing.

Please be advised that the Middleburg Civic Association will never contact individuals to request gift cards, personal payments, or donations that are not directly associated with an announced Association project, event, or fundraising campaign.

If you receive an unexpected email requesting gift cards, money, personal information, or asking you to take immediate action:

* Do not click on any links or open attachments.
* Do not reply to the email.
* Delete the message and notify us so we can investigate.

What an incredible day! 🎉

The Middleburg Civic Association proudly served 290 children and families at our Back-to-School event, helping students start the school year with the supplies they need to succeed. 📚🎒

This event would not have been possible without the support of our amazing local businesses, sponsors, donors, and community members who chose to pay it forward. A special thank you to our 15 dedicated volunteers, including our officers, who gave their time, energy, and hearts to make today possible.

Events like this remind us what makes Middleburg so special. We all talk about wanting to preserve the small-town spirit that makes our community feel like home. The truth is, that only happens when people get involved.

If you’re looking for a way to make a difference, we invite you to join the Middleburg Civic Association as a community member or business member. Volunteer at an event, become a sponsor, donate supplies or other needed items, or even place a simple donation box at your business. Every act of kindness—big or small—helps strengthen our community.

Together, we can continue supporting our neighbors, creating opportunities for our children, and ensuring that the heart of Middleburg remains exactly where it belongs.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, sponsored, shared our mission, and believed in what we are doing. Because of you, 290 local children and families were reminded that this community cares.

Hey everyone, if you've got school-aged kids, I've got something you don't want to miss.

This Saturday, August 1st, from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., come join us at the Middleburg Civic Association, located at 2102 Palmetto Street in Middleburg, for our annual Back to School Supplies Event.

We'll be giving away school supplies to help students get ready for a great school year. We'll also have free vision screenings, door prize giveaways, and plenty of smiling faces ready to welcome you. It's always a fun community event, and we're excited to continue this tradition.

Please remember that all children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

This event wouldn't be possible without the incredible support of our sponsors and community partners.
