Matinee had her intake exam yesterday and while we knew she was blind in one eye, we found she has limited vision in the other. This can be a serious problem with a horse that is kept turned out. Fortunately, our arab group seems to have adopted her. Kira, in particular has joined up with Matinee and appears to have adopted her and is acting like an extra set of eyes for her. Thank you sweet, sweet Kira!

Please welcome Logan! Logan came in over a month ago with two other horses. Unfortunately, the weather hasn't lent itself to getting decent pictures, but I promise more soon. Logan is a lovely QH that is sweet as he is pretty.

JD comes from USERL. He has spent the last couple of weeks staring at Vegas, Grace, Magic and Cadence.... and they at him. Today he got to go out with them. Ha ha, just like mares, once they had him in the pasture with them, they ignored him! But JD seems to like his new digs anyhow!
