During the months of January through March, our office raised money and collected essential items for Miriam's Basket, an organization that supports children who are removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect, or tragedy. Many of these children leave with little or nothing of their own, and Miriam’s Basket provides them with bags filled with clothing, comfort items, and essentials to remind them they are cared for.

This morning, we were proud to present Miriam’s Basket with a check for $6,822.90, along with the generous donations collected during our drive.

So far this year, Miriam’s Basket has helped more than 135 children, and since 2011 has served over 4,576 children in Clay County. We are grateful for the kindness and giving spirit of Clay County residents who made this possible.

🙋🏼‍♀️ Thank You So Much to everyone who came by today to help us celebrate our 15th Birthday at Miriam's Basket! It was so good to see you all. Your support of this ministry has enabled us to give amazing clothing and shoes to Over 4,570 children to date. Your gifts and donations will be a blessing for the children we provide for. It was great having my family here from South Carolina today as well.❤️

We will be raffling off this Huge
"Spring Sunshine" Basket this Saturday (April 25th), at our 15th Birthday Open House. Stop by anytime between 10-2 to hear what's been happening with Miriam's Basket, help us celebrate 15 yrs, and buy your tickets! This basket has a Value of Over $500. It includes a Moissanite diamond and Sterling necklace Value $200, Restaurant gift cards Value $215, and pretty Spring Things to make you smile.
Tickets will be sold at our Open House.
They are $10 each or 3 for $25.

Thank You So Much Clay County Tax Collector - Diane Hutchings Green Cove Springs office for collecting donations for us! *For those of you who don't know, ALL Clay Co Tax offices have been collecting for Miriam's Basket through the months of January, February and now March, which will be the last month. This is such an Amazing Blessing for the children we help.
