As we sit here cooling off and taking a break from a hot busy day, it's always a good idea to take a break and not just from the heat.
June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month.
We always encourage everyone to try and find some time to just decompress. Even if it's 15 minutes.
Take some deep breaths and relax. If you have time, start writing things down. Start a journal to write out how your day was, what did you accomplish or what you didn't get to do.
It's always a great idea to just get things off your chest. Not to rant but, just to let some things out.
Grab a Field Notes, Moleskine or Leuchtturm or any notebook.
Or just try and have some time to yourself.
If you know someone who needs a little help, maybe reach out and have a drink, grab some lunch or just hangout.
Also, it's not just men. Children could be struggling with issues and women.
Look out for yourself and take a look around. Maybe a friend, relative or a neighbor could need some help.
**This is just some advice. We are not Dr's or mental health specialists. (No all of us) Do not get involved into things you do not understand or if it seams to heavy for you. It's just a way to reach out, say hi, ask how people are doing or if someone just needs a friend to talk too.
Have a goodnight everyone.
