What a fun-filled evening it was at the Tyler County Schools Back-to-School Fair this past Tuesday evening!

Thanks to the generous support of Tyler County Schools and EQT, the Back-to-School Fair became so much more than just an event, it was a wonderful celebration to kick off the school year, bringing families, students, and our community together in the best way possible.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to Superintendent Mr. Shane Highley, BOE member Katrina Byers, and Principal Krista DeVaughn for opening Sistersville Elementary to host the fair. Thank you as well to the other principals, teachers, guidance counselors, social workers, cooks, custodians, bus drivers, school nurses, secretaries, board office staff, school resource officers, student volunteers, and everyone who helped make the evening so special. We truly appreciate each of you!

A HUGE thank you to our amazing vendors who came out to support our students and families, providing hygiene items, school essentials, resources, and helpful information throughout the evening.

Also, a SPECIAL thanks to New Martinsville Dental for free dental screenings, the Friendly Lions Club for free vision checks, and SmartStyle for free haircuts. We are so grateful that you were part of the evening!

Finally, THANK YOU to our wonderful Tyler County families and students for coming together and supporting the event. We wish everyone a fantastic start to the school year! πŸ©ΆπŸ–€πŸ’™
