The MDTA Police is actively recruiting candidates for its next police officer recruit class. A testing date is scheduled for August 3 at MDTA Police Headquarters. Entry-level MDTA Police Officers earn a salary of $67,837 upon graduation from the police academy. The salary climbs to $74,792 upon completion of a two year-probationary period and with step increment. A variety of other salary incentives and benefits like tuition assistance are available.
