Working in the electrical trades requires strength, skill, and focus, both physically and mentally. We never compromise on job site safety gear, and we should treat our mental well-being with the same priority.

Checking in on your crew, speaking openly, and reaching out when you need a hand are essential to keeping our workforce safe and strong.

Recent storms across Northwest Indiana were a good reminder of how important reliable backup power can be.

A whole-home generator can turn on automatically when the power goes out, without the setup, extension cords, or refueling that come with a portable unit.

Powering America NWI can help connect you with a qualified union electrical contractor in your area.

Deciding if a data center is right for your community means carefully weighing the pros and cons. On the positive side, modern construction has effectively addressed many of the most common concerns through smart engineering and responsible planning.

Today's closed-loop cooling systems recirculate water to keep a facility's overall consumption remarkably low. Meanwhile, advanced acoustic barriers and quiet-rated equipment ensure these sites meet strict residential noise ordinances right at the property line. Best of all, well-planned projects generate substantial local tax revenue that funds public services and grid upgrades without straining community traffic or schools.

We also want to give a massive shoutout and congratulations to Paul Brown, our 50/50 raffle winner!

Thank you to everyone who hit the greens, supported a great cause, and helped make this year's event a huge success.
