Voice Movement of LaPorte County Youth advocating for Smoke Free Air Indiana teens are fighting to make Indiana a smoke-free State.

They’re called Voice, and they don’t like how to***co companies try to get teens hooked on ci******es. Voice is a youth lead movement in Indiana that is fighting back against the to***co industry.

Don't forget about the Stand Up and Change Teen Statistics show at the High School this evening! It is open to the community and is free for everyone! VOICE will be participating by selling water at the show so stop and see us!

The doors open at 5 p.m. and the show starts at 5:30 p.m and ends around 6:30 p.m. tonight at which time a panel of experts will be available to answer any questions!

Today VOICE members and myself managed to pass out over 400 anti-to***co flyers as well as over 120 anti-drug and alcohol flyers. We had such a great day and I am so proud of them!

This is my first year doing VOICE and I am so excited. Our goal this semester is to research the effects of secondhand smoke and smoking and then go before the Administrator of the school system and present to him the reasons that we think that every school campus in Michigan City should have an entire smoke-free campus in addition to their smoke-free buildings.
